BATCHING PLANTS / TYPE DETAIL
Foundation-free concrete batching plant.
A type listed in the EPDAS catalogue. The available project source describes a customized configuration for a height-restricted site and a possible future relocation.

Equipment imagery.
The main illustration comes from the foundation-free product folder and shows the equipment as supplied in that image. It does not establish an exact model, dimensions or delivered configuration.
Model-labelled views, component photographs and a confirmed installation drawing are needed before adding a factual gallery.
A category, not a model specification.
The catalogue names Foundation-Free Concrete Batching Plant as a separate type alongside Stationary, Mobile, Portable, Containerized and Dry Mix. The original classification catalogue is now supplemented by a separate model specification table.
In the Philippines narrative, the selected arrangement is described as a foundation-free MHZS120 with an aggregate waiting hopper. That project example is presented separately so a project-specific configuration is not mistaken for a standard supply scope.
The additional technical source lists MHZS90, MHZS120 and MHZS180, with JS1500, JS2000 and MAO3000 central mixers respectively. Model specifications can now be compared below; the supplied project story remains a separate evidence source.
Working sequence.
For the documented Philippines configuration, the source describes automatic weighing, feeding, mixing and discharge, managed through a computer-based control system.
Pending confirmationA type-wide process diagram, interlocks, mixer specification and operating manual are not available. This page is not an operating instruction.
Features described in the available project.
- An aggregate waiting hopper is named in the customized MHZS120 arrangement.
- Separate aggregate, water, cement and additive weighing is described.
- Computer and printer-based control, customizable production screens and delivery tickets, and report/data management are described.
- Monitoring and infrared night-vision network cameras are described for that project.
These points are limited to the supplied case narrative. Availability on another configuration must be confirmed.
Model differences in the new technical table
- Aggregate waiting hopper: No for MHZS90; Yes for MHZS120 and MHZS180, as the source lists.
- Aggregate storage: 4 × 8 m³, 4 × 12 m³ and 4 × 20 m³ respectively.
- Aggregate, cement, water and additive weighing arrangements are listed separately for each model.
Pending confirmationA common plant-type name does not make every configuration identical. The final supply list, options and test conditions need confirmation.
Ground conditions and selection boundaries.
The case source describes hardened ground without embedded reinforcement for its proposed foundation-free arrangement. It does not supply soil-bearing data, structural calculations or a civil drawing.
Pending confirmationDo not interpret “foundation-free” as permission to omit site engineering. Ground preparation, anchoring, wind/seismic design, drainage, utilities and local approvals must be established for the actual site.
Source-listed model specifications.
The supplied technical table lists three foundation-free models. Values below are presented for the named model; the source does not provide a test/rating basis or confirm another project’s configuration.

Client-supplied technical data. Values apply only to the named model/configuration. Test conditions, local requirements and final supply scope remain to be confirmed. A dash preserves an empty source cell; it does not mean zero or included equipment.
Pending confirmationThe table lists MHZS120 productivity as 120 m³/h; the Philippines narrative states a 90 m³/h requirement and reports 90 m³/h output. Their measurement/configuration basis is not supplied. Neither is presented as independently verified site performance.

Structure, layout and installation.
The case describes an aggregate waiting hopper, four-bin separate aggregate weighing, separate liquid/cement weighing and a horizontal cement silo. L-shaped and I-shaped layouts were considered; the source reports the I-shaped layout was selected for available site space.
Pending confirmationNo dimensioned drawing or approved installation method is supplied. The described arrangement is a project example, not a standard bill of materials or installation commitment.
Source-listed overall size and weight
- MHZS90: 30 m × 4 m × 10 m; gross weight 28 t.
- MHZS120: 36 m × 4.2 m × 12 m; gross weight 35 t.
- MHZS180: 46.5 m × 4.3 m × 13 m; gross weight 42 t.
The source describes a mixing-platform steel frame plus a free-base steel frame. These overall dimensions are not a foundation, lifting or site-installation drawing.
Application in the supplied case.
The Philippines customer wanted a larger commercial concrete plant for its own new projects and local concrete sales. Airport-related height limits, possible relocation and multiple concrete grades shaped the discussion.
Pending confirmationSuitability for another location, material or duty requires engineering review. No general capability range is asserted.
Project evidence.
Read the complete narrative, including what was requested, how the configuration was explained and which results remain unverified.
Read the Philippines projectPending confirmationCommissioning records, output measurements and project-photo attribution are still missing.
Procurement and support scope.
Pending confirmationInstallation, commissioning, operator training, spare parts, warranty terms and response times are not confirmed for this type. They must be set in a project-specific proposal.
Review the E/P/C responsibility matrixQuestions to settle before a proposal.
Does the category name remove all civil work?
No engineering conclusion can be drawn from the name. The source describes one hardened-ground arrangement; bearing capacity and site design remain unconfirmed.
Can the Philippines case output be used for my project?
No. The value is source-reported for one case without a test record. A project-specific specification and acceptance method are needed.
Is installation or commissioning included?
The scope is pending confirmation. See the responsibility matrix and discuss the required supply boundary.
